ChuDenSvit is a free web application for planning group and individual road trips. Core features include:
The core route planning and group coordination features are free and will remain free. See §7 regarding commercial partner links.
You must be 16 years or older to use the Service.
The Service uses Google OAuth for sign-in. You authorise us to receive your name and email from Google. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the in-app function or by emailing info@chudensvit.com.
You retain ownership of User Content (trip names, waypoints, chat messages, convoy messages). By submitting User Content you grant ChuDenSvit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely to operate the Service for you and your trip participants.
You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringes third-party rights, contains others' personal data without consent, or is spam or phishing.
To report unlawful or harmful User Content (group chat messages, convoy messages, trip names): info@chudensvit.com — subject “Report abuse”. We aim to assess reports within 72 hours.

The AI may make errors. Always verify important travel information (distances, border requirements, fuel availability, opening hours) from authoritative sources. AI-generated content is clearly labelled in the interface.
ChuDenSvit displays links to third-party services including Booking.com (hotels), Vintrica / Mautwelt / VignetDirect (vignettes), and transport providers (Skyscanner, FlixBus, Trainline, and others).
Some links are affiliate links — ChuDenSvit may earn a commission if you complete a purchase, at no extra cost to you. All affiliate links are labelled "Affiliate link" / "Партнерське посилання" adjacent to the link.
Pursuant to UCPD 2005/29/EC Art. 7 (EU); Закон «Про рекламу» ст.7 (UA).
You must not: reverse-engineer the Service; use automated scrapers or bots; circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls; transmit malware or spam; impersonate others; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose under UA or EU law.
When you follow a link to a third-party site, you leave ChuDenSvit and that site's own terms and privacy policy apply. See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability.
ChuDenSvit brand, logo, UI, and original code are owned by ChuDenSvit. The Service uses:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Route information (distances, travel times, fuel prices, toll costs) is for guidance only. Hotel and ticket prices/availability are controlled by third-party providers.
To the extent permitted by law, ChuDenSvit's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed €100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed travel connections.
EU / Finnish users: Your statutory consumer rights under Directive 2011/83/EU
and Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) are unaffected.
UA users: Your rights under Закон «Про захист прав споживачів» are unaffected.
For material changes affecting your use, we will provide 30 days' notice by email (if you have an account) or prominent notice on the site.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Your data deletion rights under the Privacy Policy are unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the law of Finland and applicable EU regulations.
EU / Finnish residents: Mandatory consumer protection provisions of EU law and Finnish Consumer Protection Act apply. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory EU or Finnish consumer law, the mandatory rule prevails.
Ukrainian users: Mandatory UA consumer rights (Закон «Про захист прав споживачів») apply in addition to these Terms where they provide greater protection.
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
